The contracts may be effective as soon as Jan. 1, 2018. During the next three years, Delaware aims to move 80 percent of its Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program spending to value-based models.
To attain this benchmark, Delaware seeks value-based payment models with upside and downside risk, according to the report.
