Tracy Cleveland is the vice president of supply chain at Munson Healthcare, the largest health system in northern Michigan, where he oversees supply chain operations across a rural, multi-hospital network.
In this role he has been a driving force behind Munson Healthcare’s medical drone delivery pilot program, an initiative that uses advanced air mobility to move medical supplies and specimens across the region’s wide geography and challenging logistics.
Mr. Cleveland also serves as president of the Northern Michigan Supply Alliance, a regional purchasing and supply collaborative based in Traverse City, reflecting his focus on collective sourcing strategy.
Before Munson Healthcare, he built his supply chain career across organizations including Trinity Health, Children’s Wisconsin and Versiti.
Earlier in his career he also held a role with the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee, giving him a breadth of operational and nonprofit management experience. He has collaborated with peers in the Children’s Hospital Association to help develop a benchmarking tool for supply chain metrics, underscoring his interest in data-driven performance improvement.
His work bridges traditional healthcare supply chain management with emerging logistics technology suited to rural care delivery.
