Tim Ko is chief financial officer of Kettering Health, a faith-based nonprofit health system serving communities across western Ohio.
Before assuming the system CFO role, he served as chief financial officer and chief operating officer of Kettering Health Medical Group, the system’s employed physician network, and held multiple hospital finance roles over the course of his tenure with the organization.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Ko worked as a financial analyst and accounting manager at Florida Hospital before joining Kettering Health. His experience bridges system-level finance and physician group operations, giving him perspective on both the financial and operational drivers of an integrated health system. Mr. Ko earned a bachelor of science degree from Pacific Union College and a master of business administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
In the system role, he leads financial planning, reporting and strategy across Kettering Health’s network of hospitals and outpatient locations. His combination of hospital, physician enterprise and operational leadership informs his oversight of the system’s financial strategy, pairing financial discipline with a focus on operational performance.
