Rosa Costanzo is the senior vice president and chief procurement officer at Jackson Health System, the public health system serving Miami-Dade County and one of the nation’s largest.
As a corporate executive on the system’s leadership team, she oversees strategic sourcing, supply chain management and procurement across Jackson’s hospitals and care sites. She has led the system’s move toward a fully integrated procurement approach that weighs cost, quality and patient outcomes together rather than price alone. Under her supply chain organization, Jackson Health System has pursued sustainability-focused initiatives, including a collaboration with Philips on a next-generation patient monitoring platform projected to substantially reduce carbon emissions associated with that equipment.
Her remit spans vendor strategy, contracting and the operational supply chain functions that support clinical care across the system. She has been publicly cited representing Jackson Health System’s procurement and sustainability commitments.
Her leadership reflects a focus on resilient, value-based sourcing in a large public academic health system.
