P. Ronjon Paul is an orthopedic spine surgeon, physician executive and healthcare advisor with more than two decades of experience spanning clinical care, healthcare strategy and medical technology.
He currently practices at Endeavor Health, where he helps lead spine strategy. Dr. Paul previously founded and chaired the spine surgery department at Duly Health and Care, where he participated as a physician leader and equity stakeholder through significant organizational growth and two successful liquidity events.
He has also served in strategic advisory roles for medical technology companies, including the NuVasive Clinical Advisory Board, and currently advises Globus Medical on the development of an artificial intelligence-enabled interface for robotic spine surgery.
Dr. Paul serves as an oral examiner for the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a founding member of the Lumbar Spine Research Society.
At the foundation of his work is 23 years of innovative clinical practice in spine surgery, with particular expertise in minimally invasive techniques. He has performed more than 7,000 spine surgeries and has maintained one of the higher-volume spine practices in Illinois.
