Raymond Hino, MPA, FACHE, has served as CEO of Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center in Bandon, Ore., since February 2022. He joined the organization with more than 35 years of healthcare executives and operations experience across for-profit, nonprofit and healthcare district settings, having previously served as CEO of four separate district-owned hospitals in California and in executives roles in Texas, New Mexico, Montana and Idaho. Mr. Hino has been elected to serve on the board of the Hospital Association of Oregon and was elected as a 2025 incoming board director for the Oregon Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives. During his tenure at Southern Coos, he has overseen facility upgrades, service expansions and strategic planning efforts, including a master facilities plan to grow the hospital’s campus and capabilities.
