Noelle Chapman, PharmD

Noelle RM Chapman serves as vice president and chief pharmacy officer for UCSF Health and associate dean at the UCSF School of Pharmacy in San Francisco.

Dr. Chapman earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin and later completed her MBA at New England College. She completed a pharmacy practice residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, is a graduate of the Pharmacy Leadership Academy and holds board certification as a pharmacotherapy specialist. She was named a fellow of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists in 2015.

Dr. Chapman has held leadership roles across pharmacy’s national professional organizations, including past president of the Illinois Council of Health-System Pharmacists, chair of ASHP’s Section of Inpatient Care Practitioners, and member of ASHP’s Council on Pharmacy Practice and Committee on Nominations. She has also chaired the Vizient Pharmacy Practice Advancement Committee and the American Pharmacists Association’s Health System Strategy Council, and currently serves as vice chair of the Vizient Pharmacy Network Executive Committee.

Through this blend of health-system leadership and national professional engagement, Dr. Chapman brings a broad, field-shaping perspective to pharmacy strategy and practice advancement.
