Lisa Shannon has served as president and CEO of Allina Health since January 2022, leading a nonprofit health system with more than 27,000 employees, 12 hospital campuses and a broad network of clinics and specialty care sites across Minnesota and western Wisconsin. She sets the organization’s strategic direction, which includes advancing the growth of Allina Health’s Cancer, Heart, and Brain and Spine Institutes and expanding patient access through the organization’s ambulatory surgery centers.
