Kevin Mahoney became CEO of University of Pennsylvania Health System in July 2019, leading six hospitals, 13 multispecialty centers and hundreds of outpatient sites with more than 40,000 employees. With nearly three decades at Penn Medicine, he drives innovation in digital health, partnerships and precision medicine while advancing health equity and patient experience. Mr. Mahoney’s experience supports the BHC executives Council’s focus on complex system growth and equitable care.
