Ginger Sharp serves as vice president and chief supply chain officer at Legacy Health, a Portland, Oregon-based nonprofit health system, a role she has held since 2019.
She provides executive leadership for the system’s supply chain strategy and operations, overseeing sourcing, purchasing and logistics across Legacy’s hospitals and care sites in Oregon and Southwest Washington.
Before joining Legacy, Ms. Sharp spent more than a decade at PeaceHealth, where she held roles including system director of supply chain operations, managing procurement activities across 10 facilities, and interim system vice president of supply chain, providing executive leadership across the organization’s networks.
Earlier in her career she served as director of operations at Miami Children’s Hospital and worked as a financial analyst intern at AdvancePCS.
She earned a master of business administration and a master of health services administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and holds a bachelor of science in biology and psychology from the University of Oregon. Ms. Sharp is a certified materials and resource professional and has served on the board of directors of the Strategic Marketplace Initiative, reflecting her engagement in the broader healthcare supply chain community.
