Donna Feild serves as senior vice president and chief pharmacy officer at PeaceHealth, a not-for-profit health system serving communities across Washington, Oregon and Alaska, based in Vancouver, Washington.
She joined PeaceHealth in 2025 to lead system pharmacy services, overseeing pharmacy operations and strategy across the system’s network of medical centers and clinics.
Before joining PeaceHealth, Ms. Feild spent more than a decade at Atrium Health, where she held leadership roles including vice president of pharmacy and senior vice president for the Southeast region of Levine Cancer.
Her work has emphasized the expanding clinical and financial role of pharmacists, including using pharmacists to support value-based care models.
She earned a bachelor of science in pharmacy from the University of Georgia and a master of business administration from Albany State University. Ms. Feild has contributed her perspective to industry discussions on the headwinds facing pharmacy leaders and the initiatives health systems are scaling, reflecting deep experience leading large, multistate pharmacy enterprises. At PeaceHealth, she leads pharmacy strategy across a system that operates medical centers and clinics throughout the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.
Her leadership emphasizes integrating pharmacists more deeply into clinical care and supporting value-based models.
