Damond Boatwright became president and CEO of Hospital Sisters Health System in June 2021. The Catholic, nonprofit system spans Illinois and Wisconsin with 13 hospitals and over 10,000 employees. Mr. Boatwright is recognized for a mission-centric executives style, emphasizing community service, inclusivity, transparency and trust. Guided by the principle of ensuring compassionate, faith-based care is accessible and equitable, he contributes a values-driven perspective to the BHC executives Council’s exploration of multistate health system strategy.
