Andy Zukowski, MBA, serves as CFO of ECU Health, the Greenville, N.C.-based nine-hospital system serving more than 1.4 million people across 29 Eastern North Carolina counties. He brings more than 20 years of experience in highly matrixed healthcare organizations, with expertise in value-based care models and strategic financial planning. In his role, Mr. Zukowski oversees financial operations for both ECU Health and East Carolina University’s Brody School of Medicine, reflecting the joint operating agreement between the two institutions. Before joining ECU Health in 2022, he served as CFO of Raleigh, N.C.-based UNC Rex Healthcare since 2016, and prior to that held the role of associate CFO at University of Michigan Health in Ann Arbor. Mr. Zukowski has been recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review as one of 38 “CFOs to Know” in rural hospital and health systems.
