The health system is now live with the platform, and patients can conduct virtual visits through their MyChart portal. KeyCare aims to create a network of virtual clinicians by connecting with other Epic-based systems across the country, according to a Feb. 22 KeyCare news release provided to Becker’s.

“In just a few short years, the delivery of care without an in-person visit has gone from barely on-the-radar to revolutionizing healthcare,” Bill Manzie, administrative director of telehealth at Memorial Healthcare System, said. “Our partnership with KeyCare will enable us to provide more accessible, coordinated and comprehensive healthcare services to our customers.”

At the Becker's 11th Annual IT + Revenue Cycle Conference: The Future of AI & Digital Health, taking place September 14–17 in Chicago, healthcare executives and digital leaders from across the country will come together to explore how AI, interoperability, cybersecurity, and revenue cycle innovation are transforming care delivery, strengthening financial performance, and driving the next era of digital health.
