Jim Pancoast, president and CEO of Dayton, Ohio-based Premier Health Partners, recorded total compensation of about $4.6 million in 2010, most of which was collected through a supplemental executive retirement program, according to the report.
Former Dayton, Ohio-based Kettering Health Network CEO Frank Perez and former Cincinnati-based UC Health CEO Kenneth Hanover each received more than $2.6 million in 2009, and much of that came from deferred compensation and retirement payments.
James Anderson, the former CEO of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, received roughly $1.9 million in 2009, according to the report. Susan Croushore, president and CEO of Cincinnati-based The Christ Hospital, did not hit seven figures in 2009, as she made roughly $529,000.
