Joel T. Allison. CEO of Baylor Scott & White Health (Dallas). Mr. Allison has more than four decades of healthcare management experience. Most recently, he joined Baylor Health Care System in 1993 and became president and CEO in 2000. Mr. Allison helped with the formation of Baylor Scott & White Health in October 2013. A fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, he has a master’s degree in health administration, graduated the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and received an honorary Doctor of Humanities degree from Dallas Baptist University.
