Denise Warren
Executive Vice President and CFO of Capella Healthcare (Franklin, Tenn.).
Ms. Warren joined Capella shortly after it was founded in 2005. She was previously a senior equity analyst and research director for Avondale Partners and has more than 25 years of financial experience. Ms. Warren is involved in the community, serving on the board of directors for the American Heart Association-Middle Tennessee Chapter, and she has also served on the board of governors of the Federation of American Hospitals. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
