The first project will cost $13 million and includes a new outpatient clinic for the U-M Transplant Center; a non-cancer infusion clinic; an expanded pharmacy; expansions to the otolaryngology, neurology and neurosurgery clinics; and a new area for surgical patients.
The second project, at $7.5 million, will renovate and redesign 27,500 square feet on the third floor of the Taubman Center, which houses several clinics under the Department of Internal Medicine, including clinics for gastroenterology, general medicine, pulmonary medicine, nephrology, infectious diseases and overseas travel, medical genetics and rheumatology.
