MyMichigan Medical Center Clare (Mich.), part of Midland, Mich.-based MyMichigan, has received funding and design approval from its board of directors and the MyMichigan health board of directors to invest $40 million into a two-phase expansion of its hospital. 

Greensboro, N.C.-based Cone Health is investing $150 million over the next five years to improve the health and well-being of residents in underserved areas.

St. Louis-based Mercy has filed a letter of intent with the Missouri department of health and senior services to build a 75-bed, $650 million hospital in Wentzville, Mo., to expand healthcare amid population growth in the area. 

Sacramento, Calif.-based Sutter Health has shared plans to build a $442 million advanced neurological and neurosurgical care center next to its CPMC Mission Bernal Campus in San Francisco.

Boynton Beach, Fla.-based Bethesda Hospital, part of Coral Gables, Fla.-based Baptist Health South Florida, has sold its former medical office campus in Boynton Beach for $37.75 million, a spokesperson for the health system confirmed with Becker's. 

Sarasota Memorial Hospital-Venice (Fla.), part of Sarasota (Fla.) Memorial Health Care System, has opened a five-story Northeast Tower for patients.
