University of Iowa Health Care is halfway done with its $525 million North Liberty, Iowa-based campus, the Iowa City Press Citizen reported Nov. 20.

Pittsburgh-based Allegheny Health Network plans to build a new full-service hospital to replace its existing Canonsburg (Pa.) Hospital. 

New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Northwell Health received the largest single gift in its history, an undisclosed donation from Lloyd and Victoria Goldman, to help fuel the health system's expansion into Manhattan.

Bon Secours Mercy Health will invest $98 million in its Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Ky., with building renovations expected to be complete in the second quarter of 2026.
