Bank of America CEO made 250 times more than median employee

Brian Moynihan, CEO of Bank of America, made $250 for every $1 his median employees took home in 2017, according to a proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Moynihan’s annual compensation totaled $21,791,812 in 2017, compared to the $87,115 a median Bank of America employee made in the same year.

This is the first year the SEC requires companies to include CEO pay ratios in their proxy statements under the Dodd-Frank Act of 2010.
