DocGo, a mobile healthcare and medical transportation services provider, has acquired virtual care platform SteadyMD in a bid to expand telehealth services to all 50 states.

SteadyMD provides a nationwide clinician workforce, clinical operations and virtual care technology. The company is expected to serve more than 3 million patients in 2025 and operates a network of over 600 clinicians.

DocGo said the acquisition will pair its mobile health clinicians with SteadyMD’s virtual network to support more efficient care delivery, according to an Oct. 20 news release.
