Business Group on Health has recognized three health systems among its 2025 Excellence in Health & Well-being award-winning employers.
The organization honored 53 employers for advancing workforce health and well-being through benefits and initiatives. Applications are evaluated on leadership, culture, well-being strategy, and employee engagement and experience. A panel of team members and peer judges reviews only the current year’s application.
The following health systems were recognized for employee health and well-being:

- Texas Health Resources (Arlington)
- UPMC (Pittsburgh)
