R1 RCM has named Chris Ricaurte CFO and Dan Bise executive vice president of corporate development and strategy.
Mr. Ricaurte rejoined R1 in February as chief transformation officer, according to a June 11 news release from the company. He previously served as R1’s CFO from 2013 to 2019. In between his stints at R1, Mr. Ricaurte served as CFO and COO of VillageMd and co-CEO of Parsley Health.
Mr. Bise most recently served as a partner at Tailwind Capital and was previously a senior vice president of corporate development at Change Healthcare. In his new role, Mr. Bise will lead R1’s organic and inorganic growth initiatives while identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities across the company’s business lines.
