Bill Douglas. Senior Vice President, CFO and Treasurer (Riverside Healthcare, Kankakee, Ill.). Bill W. Douglas serves as senior vice president, CFO and treasurer of Riverside Healthcare. Throughout his career with Riverside he has served in a number of financial, operations and planning positions and brings 29 years of experience in healthcare finance and leadership.
Since beginning as CFO in 2002, Riverside’s total net assets and total liquid assets have grown by more than 212 percent and 217 percent respectively. In 2013, at an unpredictable time in healthcare, Riverside long-term rating by Standard and Poor’s Rating Services improved from “A” to “A+.” According to Phillip M. Kambic, Riverside Healthcare President and CEO, “Bill Douglas continues to show outstanding strategic, financial and operational leadership for Riverside. This stability is critical for Riverside to continue to invest resources prudently to advance the health needs of the communities we serve.”
Mr. Douglas received a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Illinois State University and a Master of Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University. He holds a CPA certificate (Illinois), is also a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
