New York's Orange Regional to Open $195M Replacement Hospital in April

Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown, N.Y., is expecting to open its replacement hospital in Wallkill, N.Y., in April, according to a HBE Corporation news release.

The 374-bed facility will replace Horton Medical Center in Middleton, N.Y., and Arden Hill Hospital in Goshen, N.Y., both of which are more than 40 years old. This will be the first free-standing replacement hospital in the state in more than 20 years, according to the release.

The cost for the project totaled to approximately $195.5 million, according to the report.
