8 recent vendor contracts, go-lives

The following health IT vendor contracts and go-lives were reported within the past week.

1. Olathe (Kan.) Health System will implement Cerner's Millennium Revenue Cycle suite of solutions to supplement its existing enterprise-wide Cerner EHR.

2. The St. Louis-based genomic analysis company PierianDx acquired Tute Genomics, a genomics software company based in Provo, Utah. 

3. Hays (Kan.) Medical Center strengthened its partnership with MEDITECH by upgrading to the company's Web Electronic Health Record.

4. After delaying its go-live in early September, the Department of Defense plans to begin deploying its new EHR, called MHS Genesis, in February 2017.  

5. Oceanside, Calif.-based North County Health Services is expanding the use of AristaMD's eConsult platform to all its clinics. 

6. 3M Health Information Systems, a business of 3M, and Verily Life Sciences, an Alphabet company, entered into a strategic agreement. Together, they will develop new population health measurement technology for managing clinical and financial performance.

7. Al Jalila Children's Specialty Hospital, a pediatric hospital in the Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, has partnered with Cerner to implement its Millennium EHR.

8. Rx30, a developer and supplier of pharmacy management software solutions based in Ocoee, Fla., combined with Moore, Okla.-based pharmacy software platform Computer-Rx.
