Mascia Development has purchased Mercy Health's Cincinnati-based SportsMedicine & Orthopaedic Center office building portfolio for more than $6.7 million, according to an article in REJournals.com.
The properties include a 16,283-square-foot building on Montgomery Road in Cincinnati, a 7,793-square-foot property on Sheraton Lane in Springdale, Ohio, and a 5,670-square-foot building on Thomas More Parkway in Crestview Hills, Ky.
Mascia Development most recently purchased a building in Hyde Park Square in Cincinnati in 2012 and a shopping center in Marion, Ohio, in 2013.
