Huntington Hospital elects 3 board members

Pasadena, Calif.-based Huntington Hospital elected three members to its board of directors, effective Jan. 1: Bill Bogaard, Ellen Lee and David Kircheimer.

Mr. Bogaard, who just completed a 16-year stint as Pasadena's first directly elected mayor, is new to the board. He has previous experience as an executive vice president and general counsel for First Interstate Bancorp, and as a corporate securities lawyer.

Ms. Lee, who has served as a director of Huntington Hospital and Pasadena Hospital Association, returns to the board. She is a retired residential real estate broker with experience as a clinical nutritionist.

Mr. Kirchheimer is also a board veteran. He is CFO of Oaktree Capital Management, and has been since 1995. He has been a member of Oaktree's board since its creation in 2012.

"Each of these three community members will uniquely add great expertise and professional knowledge to the Huntington Hospital board of directors," Stephen Ralph, Huntington Hospital's president and CEO, said in a statement. "We have a very strong leadership foundation in place and we couldn't be more pleased with these appointments."
