Peggy Troy, president and CEO of the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, has been elected chair of the Children's Hospital Association's national board of trustees, according to BizTimes. She began her year-long term Jan. 1.
Ms. Troy has served as president and CEO of the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin since 2009. Prior to joining Children's, she served as executive vice president and COO of Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis, Tenn., president and CEO of Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center in Memphis and president of Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas.
In addition to leading Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, Ms. Troy is currently a member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee and serves on the boards of Marquette University in Milwaukee, the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce, the Blood Center of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Hospital Association and Teach for America.
