Melissa Burns, RN, CNO of Marysville, Calif.-based Rideout Health, has been promoted to COO, according to the Appeal-Democrat.
Here are three things to know about Ms. Burns.
1. She has served as Rideout Health's CNO since September 2014.
2. As COO, she will fill the position held by Gino Patrizio before he took over as CEO last fall.
3. Prior to joining Rideout, Ms. Burns spent eight years with Southwest Healthcare System in southern California.
