1. Shannon Nachtigal, RN, became vice president and CNO of Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Ark., after serving as the hospital's interim CNO.
2. Ann Holmes, RN, is now CNO of Frankfort, Mich.-based Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital, which is part of Traverse City, Mich.-based Munson Healthcare.
3. University of Cincinnati Health named its first CMO: William Hurford, MD.
4. Gallipolis, Ohio-based Holzer Health System named Michael Canady, MD, as its CMO.
5. Houston-based Texas Children's Hospital announced the appointment of Charles Hankins, MD, as CMO of Texas Children's Hospital The Woodlands.
6. Christopher J. Langan, MD, became CMO of Memorial Hermann The Woodlands (Texas) Hospital.
