Catalyst Health Network, a rapidly growing Plano, Texas-based accountable care organization, and Innovista Health Solutions, a population health management organization, announced Thursday a new partnership.
"We chose to work with Innovista to leverage their expertise and knowledge as we develop and manage our network of Independent Physicians," Catalyst President Christopher Crow, MD, said in a statement. "I know that Catalyst Health Network will benefit greatly from the partnership of the Catalyst and Innovista teams to successfully deliver on value-based contracts in the form of higher quality care and critical costs savings."
Through the partnership, Innovista will provide Catalyst's quickly growing physician base — the ACO has increased from 60 to 250 providers this year alone — with a suite of services to support comprehensive medical management across a diverse range of contracts. The organizations will work together to achieve increased quality, efficiency and cost-effective care.
