In the last month, Becker's Hospital Review reported the following hospital and health system CIO and chief technology officer moves as well as other executive moves affecting health IT companies and federal agencies.

1. Cincinnati-based TriHealth appointed Kelley Ealy chief information security officer, a newly created position.
2. American Well selected Bill Conway to serve as general manager of provider solutions.
3. Virtual care provider MDLive named Lyle Berkowitz, MD, executive vice president of product strategy and CMO.
4. Vancouver, Wash.-based PeaceHealth appointed Will Weider its permanent senior vice president and CIO.
5. Kareo, a health technology startup focused on independent practice needs, selected former Uber Technologies CEO Travis Kalanick to serve on its board.
6. Pasadena, Calif.-based Huntington Hospital tapped Scott Groom as its senior vice president and CIO.
7. Mountain View, Calif.-based El Camino Hospital named Deborah Muro, BSN, its new CIO.
8. The American Hospital Association named John Riggi, a previous employee of the FBI Cyber Division, as its first senior advisor for cybersecurity and risk.
9. Jeff Immelt, the former General Electric chairman and CEO, joined the board of directors for Radiology Partners, marking his second move into healthcare in February.
10. GE Healthcare's Chief Technology Officer Vivek Bhatt, PhD, accepted a position on the board of directors of healthio, an artificial intelligence-based startup.
11. Connecticut's health insurance marketplace Access Health CT's CEO James Wadleigh will depart in April.
12. Waltham, Mass.-based Fresenius Medical Care North America selected Ahmad Sharif, MD, to serve as chief medical information officer.
13. Proteus Digital Health added Anthem Board Executive Chairman Joseph Swedish to its board of directors.
14. Concord (N.H.) Hospital named Betsey Rhynhart vice president of population health.
15. The American Telemedicine Association appointed Ann Mond Johnson to CEO.
16. ONC revealed on Twitter Feb. 12 Carolyn Petersen and Robert Wah, MD, will serve as co-chairs of the agency's federal Health IT Advisory Committee.
17. Eric Tomlinson, chief innovation officer at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, N.C., and president of Wake Forest Innovation Quarter, resigned March 1.
