Here are the four latest medical devices or drugs approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

  1. Germany-basedSiemens Healthineers developed the Somatom Drive computed tomography system for use in pediatrics, cardiology, oncology and emergency medicine.

  2. Afluria is a quadrivalent flu vaccine developed by Cambridge, Mass.-based Seqirus.

  3. Switzerland-based Novartis gained approval for Erelzi, a biosimilar version of Amgen's best-selling arthritis drug Enbrel.

  1. Flumazenil, developed by India-based Claris Lifesciences, a Claris Lifesciences Limited subsidiary, is an injectable anti-sedation medication.
