Medicaid RACs Can Save Up to $10B, PRGX CEO Says
Romil Bahl, CEO of auditing firm PRGX, said the Medicaid Recovery Audit Contractor program has the potential to save the government $9-10 billion, according to a Forbes report.One of the keys to reaching these savings is to have the right people who can recognize errors in billing codes, PRGX CMO Moira Dolan, MD, said. PRGX's audit team, for example, includes medical professionals who have experience working with healthcare providers.
