Bigfork Valley achieves 5 stars in all 11 HCAHPS categories

Bigfork (Minn.) Valley Hospital earned five stars in all 11 HCAHPS ratings, plus five stars in the summary star rating, which combines the 11 disparate ratings into a single metric, according to the most recent data made available April 28 on the CMS Hospital Compare website.

 

The critical access hospital has achieved five stars in all HCAHPS ratings in all survey periods since March 31, 2015.

"We're very humbled and pleased that our patients rank us so highly for their experience while at Bigfork Valley," said Aaron Saude, CEO, and Nancy Probst, CNO, in a joint email statement provided to Becker's Hospital Review. "Our hospital vision is to provide the highest quality healthcare experience to every life we touch, and our excellent staff works every day to make that happen."
