The following is a list of hospitals with the lowest 30-day mortality rates from heart attack, according to data from CMS.

Data were pulled from Hospital Compare and is from July 2011 through June 2014, the most recent data available.

All the hospitals on this list have a 30-day mortality rate from heart attack of 11.7 percent or less. For reference, the national average is 14.2 percent.

Note: Hospitals with insufficient data, such as having fewer than 100 completed surveys, were excluded.
