The following is a list of hospitals for which 89 percent or more of patients reported that their room and bathroom were "always" clean on their HCAHPS Survey.

Data was pulled from Hospital Compare and is from January through December 2013, the most recent data available.

For reference, the national average rate for patients reporting their room and bathroom were "always" clean is 74 percent.

Note: Hospitals with insufficient data, such as having fewer than 100 completed surveys, were excluded.
