CVS Caremark's Minute Clinic has announced Brentwood, Tenn.-based TriStar Health, operated by Hospital Corporation of America, has entered into a clinical affiliation with the retail clinic operator.
Under the agreement, TriStar physicians will serve as medical directors at 14 MinuteClinic locations in and surrounding Nashville. In addition, MinuteClinic and TriStar will collaborate on patient education and disease management initiatives and will work to integrate their electronic health records to share patient information.
