J.P. Gallagher has been promoted to president of Evaston (Ill.) Hospital.
He succeeds Ray Grady, who will retire at the end of 2008 following nearly 30 years of service for the NorthShore University HealthSystem (previously Evanston Northwestern Healthcare).
Mr. Grady will assist with the transition until the end of 2008.
