Hospital Industry Leader to Know: Adam Lynch of Principle Valuation

Adam D. Lynch joined Principle Valuation in 2009, previously serving as vice president of Citadel Group Limited where he assisted in funding more than $1 billion in medical real estate. During his time at Citadel, he worked primarily with real estate development partners, healthcare administrators and credit enhanced providers structuring medical real estate transactions.

During his career, Mr. Lynch has also served as a visiting professor at Loyola University Health Law Institute and given several presentations related to the financial performance of hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers across the country. He has also traveled to China to present on housing development, investment and project management as well as foreign capital investment in China's healthcare industry.

Mr. Lynch has been a treasury program and communications committee member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, First Illinois Chapter. He earned his bachelor of science in real estate management from the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and completed additional training in introduction to medical group management at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn.
