Novant Health, Memorial Health University Medical Center in Georgia to Partner

Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Ga., has announced a strategic partnership with Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health.

The partnership will include a shared services agreement and future growth initiatives. Both organizations will remain independent with local management and governance, but they will work together to improve patient care, expand access and reduce costs for both organizations, according to the release.
