Counties Hold Hearing on Sale of Greenwood Leflore Hospital in Mississippi
A public hearing will be held Sept. 13 on the possible sale of Greenwood (Miss.) Leflore Hospital, according to a Sacramento Bee report.
The hospital is jointly owned by Greenwood and Leflore County. Changes in healthcare law and sales of other Mississippi hospitals have pushed the counties to consider a sale, according to the report.
