Naples, Fla.-based Health Management Associates has completed the sale of 140-bed Riley Hospital in Meridian, Miss., to Anderson Regional Medical Center, also in Meridian, according to an HMA news release.
The terms of the deal, which was announced in late December, were not disclosed.
The deal closed on Dec. 31.
