St. Peter's expands physician network

New Brunswick, N.J.-based Saint Peter's Healthcare System has announced the addition of six physicians, three to its new Orthopedic Institute and three to its physician network.

The three orthopedic surgeons to join the new Orthopedic Institute include V. Karthik Jonna, MD; Marc Malberg, MD; and Alfred Tria Jr, MD. The Orthopedic Institute will be housed at the 478-bed Saint Peter's University Hospital, where an inpatient unit will be dedicated to orthopedic surgery.

The three physicians joining Saint Peter's Physician Associates, the system's physician network, include James E. Gervasoni Jr., PhD, MD, who is board certified in surgical oncology and general surgery; Charles Franco, MD, who is board certified in general surgery and vascular surgery; and Andrew Camerota, MD, who is a board certified general surgeon.
