Southwest Regional Medical Center in Georgetown, Ohio — formerly Brown County General Hospital — has formed an affiliation with The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, according to an SRMC news release.

As part of the affiliation, cardiologists within the Ohio Heart and Vascular Center — the cardiology practice of The Christ Hospital — will begin treating patients at SRMC Jan. 18.

Orthopedic and cancer services are planned to be aligned in the future.
