The University of Nebraska Medical Center and the Nebraska Medical Center have announced the start of construction on a new cancer center.
The Fred and Pamela Buffett Cancer Center will feature inpatient, outpatient and research facilities. Construction on the $370 million project is expected to be completed in 2016.
