Heart Hospital of Austin (Texas) has opened a new heart valve clinic, according to a hospital news release.
The clinic will offer the transcatheter aortic valve replacement technology that was approved by the FDA in Nov. 2011. The clinic plans to perform its first transcatheter aortic valve replacement procedure in February.
