Candice Saunders, MBA, MHA, has been named COO of Marietta, Ga.-based WellStar Health System, according to a report by The Marietta Daily Journal.
Ms. Saunders most recently served as executive vice president of WellStar and president of WellStar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta. She has been with the system since May 2007, according to the report.
Dan Woods succeeds Ms. Saunders as president of WellStar Kennestone Hospital. He previously served as a senior vice president of the system and COO of WellStar Kennestone, according to The Marietta Daily Journal.
